What are the best times to contact Mary?
Most days my time is 9am to 10am (planning, organizing, and coffee). This is the best time to catch me available and near the telephone. You can always send messages through email email@example.com or my contact page. Monday through Friday emails will receive a response within 24 hours (or less). If I ever send you to a scheduling page and yo can’t find a time — contact me and we’ll work something out.

Dear Mary, I’ve just come across your blog and what a wonderful resource, thank you! I’m interested in knowing how you balance your clients needs as a virtual assistant, for example if you are checking email for more than one client on a daily basis, how do you decide which client’s email to check and respond to first – do you have a rotating daily schedule, or does one client always get special priority?
I typically respond to email roughly 2-3 times a day. Luckily I have yet to have any really urgent issues for more than one client at a time.
But if you’re considering becoming a VA, I wouldn’t be too worried, you’re a mom of 3 so I’m sure you know about balancing priorities.
